The company started on January 21, 2003 as Argent Ventures Trading and Services, a single proprietorship business entity.

From its inception, the company has seen marked progress in the next 2 years. On July 8, 2005, it was incorporated

and changed its name into Argent Ventures Inc. Currently, the company has significantly

expanded its product line.
